im am 5'2" and was wondering what a good bike was to start with my price range is from 400-700 or maybe higher

being 5'2 you need an expert sized frame. maybe an expert xl. Staats puts out some really good frames in that size. You will have to build it with seperate parts though. You should be able to build a pretty damn good bike for 700 bucks. If you are looking for a jumping bike then www.danscomp.com might be a good bet but I find that this site https://www.jrbicycles.com/storefront/ have a larger selection of parts in all sizes, especially race bikes. There are also size charts so that you can find what size parts you need.

There are LOTS of good ones out there. Your price range puts you into too many brands to list. Visit some bike shops and buy the one that you like best.

and look at the bikes there. just go with the one you like. Your lucky to called a BMX rider. BMX 4 LIFE. dont stop rydin.
