They'll probably take the money, then fine you for putting the envelope in with the household waste.I'm sure they won't refuse the tip.

LOL love it.
I wouldn't tip them in any colour envelope. Not only do we have to put the trash out in the right coloured bag, we have to take ours down to the end of the street or they won't collect.it.

I dont leave them a tip, they get paid just like anyone else for doing their job, & they leave the new dustbin bags in the garden so they blow away.
