I've read that if an HDTV includes a QAM tuner that it can receive unscrambled HD channels without the need to rent a box from my cable company. So I'm assuming they must include a connection for a F type coaxial cable.

Does anyone Know?

(I just ordered the Symphonic 32" LCD HDTV from Walmart)

Yes. It is mandatory in the US for every TV (larger than 32" I believe) with a tuner to include a digital QAM-free tuner so you can receive off-the air HD or free cable. If your TV has a tuner then it will have an RF F-type connector.
