so i bought a dress for this party i'm going to but i bought it a couple months ago and i gained about 10 lbs and it doesnt fit me anymore. how can i lose 10 lbs in 2-3 weeks? what type of exercises can i do? how can i lose weight without starving myself?

Don't eat junk food, eat three
balanced meals a day, no snacks! Exercise!

Get into reality. One can lose weight only if he/she burns more calorie than they eat. You cannot lose weight by crunches and pull ups, which will help in developing tight muscles but not lose weight. So do some cardio exercises like swimming , walking , dancing....anything that rises the heart rate and makes you sweat.

So here is the deal. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Cut down atleast 150 Calories from your regular diet. Avoid all kinds of sweets , soda and use less salt...This should help you away from food...Drink lots of water which helps good metabolism.

well... 2-3 weeks... this will not be healthy.
your body metabolism will change.
best case you'll have some months, worst a lifetime of rebalancing.
i'll give you some ideas of radical diets, but i would rather choose wearing some corsett(or buying a new dress, it's not worth it)!

jogging is one of the best fat loosing sports. not as fast as you can, but as long as you feel unexhilarated.

alright, well, a friend of mine, after being abroad and eating quarter a pork every weekend, was really fat. he made a diet on freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices. and tea. nothing else.

then, there is the not so radical method, drinking two cups of water before every meal and chewing every mouthful 50x times. sounds disgusting, but isn't. if you don't like it, try it with 30x times.

eat ananas, and only ananas for 2-3days, this would radically melt off your pounds and ruin your tommy. (all other eat-only-diets do too, by the way)

make the cabbage-soup diet. my mom did it, and she lost fat rapidly, but at the same speed also her motivation. the diet is a eat-only but is a healthy variation of it.

well, everything else there is, isn't fast enough, I think. here some extra tips:
!!!!drink as much as you can. this is the ulitmative thin-maker without ruining your body.!!!!
go to the sauna and go swimming. melts the fat away.
after having lost weight radically, DON'T get the 10 lbs back. try eating healthy and balanced and do regular exercise weekly, to reestablish your metabolism-balance.

Try an internal body cleanser to clean your colon and eat lots of vegetables and fresh fruit and very little meat. Eat 4 to 6 tiny portions a day and exercise with weights and do cardio 3 times a week for 30-45 minutes each time. Oh yeah drink only water, not diet drinks or fruit drinks.

I would like an answer to this to!!! I have been eating healthy and about 1000-1500 calories a dayand doing 50 minutes of cardio 3 times a week with one day of strength training for a month now and lost 5 lbs... I hope you do get answer from someone that has more expertise! Good Luckl!

No need to starve yourself, just watch what you eat, eat 1500 calories per day and you should lose the weight... stop drinking any and all soda and drink just water when thirsty. Drink water during all meals. If you dont like the taste of plain water, (like me), add flavors to it. Walmart has NO calorie fruit punch adds and they taste GREAT! I drink about 6 bottles of water a day because of those. Good luck!

Unfortunately there is not a miracle pill so you have to burn more calories than you take in every day. EXERCISE is the main thing and eat healthy....

jog a mile 3-4 times a week. do crunches and push-ups every day. and eat small healthy meals every few hours to speed up your metabolism.
