to find out the where abouts, they said we should get it in the next day it's been a week i call again they say they can't deliver it, to my aeae so they got someone else to bring it to our area, i call the number they gave me again, and now there saying they can't find the t.v that the only thing they can do is refund my money. how can u complain about this, what can i do it was a gift to the family.

my son is in iraq so he orders through the web and when things go bad i have to fix it since in iraq u are not allow to make 1800's number.

You have to contact your son. The refund would go to him, not you, since he's the one who paid for it. He's the one that needs to be talking to the company.

so they don't deliver to you? why don't you rent a truck and go pick it up? Your son should have checked prior to purchase if delivery was an option. However if they can't find the TV, then they should give you a comparable model for the same price... that is if this is a reputable store... most bigger name chain stores are more likely to make things right. Call the regional manager or the corporate office... however if its a small business, I doubt they'll do anything. You can contact the better business bureau but really all they do is file a report.

Take the refund immediately because you may not get the money back otherwise. Once you have the refund order another TV from a place that will deliver to your area.
