Well besides fooling around or smoking out??
You could go for a walk.....
Have a carpet picnic (ifin it's too cold for a walk)
Watch old 80's movies w/the brat pack (ie: The Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink, St Elmo's Fire, 16 Candles)
Play games online
Attempt cooking dinner for each other
Play spades
Find the parents liquor cabinet and get saucey!
Make out....for HOURS.

Get back to "old fashion fun" like playing cards, Board games,put together a challenging puzzle(more then 50 pieces lol).
Involve other family members or some close friends!!
Have fun and be safe!!

Rent a movie. Or rent a bunch of movies with some common theme. Like Rocky I-IV (don't bother with Rocky V). Or all of Dolph Lundgren's early movies (Rocky IV, He-Man, Showdown in Little Tokyo). Or a bunch of 80's Brat Pack movies.

rent some classic movies you both can like...maybe on guy-ish,one girly. Cuddle up with a bag of popcorn or icecream
play board games or card games
Play on a gams system
go play outside...sounds corney, but if it's snowy out walks are nice
make dinner
just put on some music, and cuddle and talk

Dig out your old board games and play. Try to cook something together. Watch a movie. Look at old pictures.

movies get boring so i'd say invite friends over to play games or just hang out and then have them leave a little before she has to be home so you guys can have some alone time. that is always necessary and exciting if you have to wait a little bit for it. then you can make out or just talk.
but trust me staying home time after time gets boring so always try to do it with friends.
