according to myself, i think i have a binge eating problem (NO purging)
i weigh about 103 female 15 and 5'3
i dont get it, im niether bored or hungry or have a bad diet. on a typical day i eat:
breakfast= BIG bowl of cereal
lunch at school-apple
lunch at home- anything my mom made that day (ex: pasta, rice/meat, sandwich) with more fruit
snack- any type of fruit
dinner- something my mom made (same as lunch)
AND THEN as if i havent eaten enough..
binge (i binge not so 'largely' most of the time BUT ocacasionaly,- chocolate, poptarts, CEREAL, pretzels, (whatever is in the house that i see)
*please dont suggest that im bored, because im always busy
or please dont say to take those foods out of the house, i have 4 little siblings, and i am in a thin family, no one needs to be on a diet, or restrict those foods because i have no willpower.. and this isnt THAT serious where i need to 'seek medical help' just some tips or an explanation from someone that can help me
