No, you don't. In fact, you don't eat enough. Your diet is carb-heavy (tater tots are not vegetables, they're starches) and nutrition-light. I'm betting you get really tired around 3 in the afternoon.
Shoot for about 300-400 calories per meal with two 100-150 calorie snacks (veggies and fruit are nutrition-heavy and calorie-light, so they make excellent choices for meals or snacks), with balanced carbs, protein, and fats. If nothing else, eat fiber-rich foods (anything w/ more than 3g dietary fiber per serving is good) and take a b50 vitamin twice a day, as these two factors will help you manage your energy more effectively.

Its not so much how much you eat its what you eat and that sounds like a terrible diet its mostly fat and carbs. You gonna get colon cancer ....your mom told you to eat your veggies for a reason. And if she didn't its probably because she has no idea what she was talking about in the first place. 50% of your daily diet should be fruit/veggies...thats right 50% so if you eat three small pieces of chicken you need to have twice as much veggies with that chicken. And white carbs dont do anything for your body so choose whole wheat bread and rice....Simple Pimple.

how old are you? how much do you already weigh? how tall are you? do you exercise or otherwise remain physically active? whats you BMI (body mass index)?
as long as you feel and look healthy no...you can eat as much as you want, but if you start feeling less active or not looking your best cut back. it all depends on how you want to feel and look. **if your BMI is between 15 and 30 (for a male) your pretty healthy, for females it should be between 20 and 35. you can lear your BMI at most doctors offices and health clinics.

it's not too much. your diet is highly acid-forming. drink a pink of raw or slightly steamed spinach put through the blender. add a little water to help choke it down. it sucks, but if you don't do it you need to eat some green vegetables, and nobody wants to do that. btw what do you drink during the day?

no, you don't eat to much...but what you are eating is not great. Try to add some fruits and veggies in there somewhere. If this is a typical day then your diet consists of meat and carbs...and sugar.
