Yes.
I've heard prosecutors say over and over that kidneys, corneas, and bone marrow are the leading instigators of murder.
god will not be fooled if your bone marrow is responsible.

Question: Did your stomach kill that person? Did it take out a knife and murder someone, if you donated that stomach? No?

Then you're good to go.

Even if the person used your hands, you wouldn't have been in control of them. It's like saying that because your best friend's sister's boyfriend took your knife and killed someone, but you're charged for murder.

EDIT: Even if your stomach did commit the murder, I'm pretty sure your God would let you in--just not your stomach. And if Heaven is truly heaven, you won't need a stomach, or you could just regrow one.

Maybe only if he got your brain, and got out of the hospital and used your knowledge and commited some great wrong, and God knew deep down it was really you, and when he got fried for the crime, and went to meet his maker, and God says " HA! I KNEW that was you!" and then you get sent to Hell for being a criminal... NO!! Of course I don't think you would be held responsible for a crime someone commited while they had your eyes... they could have comminted a crime blind, too. God knows that!

Does a cornea or kidney have moral agency? I think not. So how can it be ethically culpable for something an individual does, good or bad? If you committed a crime with all of your organs original and intact, would any of them be guilty then? Kind of silly, really.

Yes. If your organs kept the murderer alive, then you are responsible for their sins.

Also, if any parts of your body are eaten by worms, and that worm is eaten by a chicken, and that chicken is eaten by a murderer, then you are also responsible, and g-d will cast you into fiery hell for all eternity.

Either that, or you alone are responsible for your actions. Wait, that sounds better, let's go with that one.

Why would God judge you, where someone else did it.
Its not your fault. God doesn't work like that. He is a very
forgiving God.
