Bertolli has frozen meals that you simply warm up. It is in a bag. Has all the ingredients...shrimp, pasta, sauce, veg....check it out!
A loaf of fresh bread from the deli...some oil & seasoning dip for the bread, in the jarred sauce section for the bread, swing over to the wine section...seedles red grapes in the produce section and some cheese cubes..already sliced in the dairy section (for the wine) box of triscuits or crackers..and wala! Low maintenence dinner that will be ready by time you freshen up after work, slip into something more comfortable and light a few candles.

Chicken and Broccli Alfredo (Alfredo sauce cooked with white wine)
White Wine to drink
and Go out and buy a Cheese Cake or if you can find it a Chococlate Cheese Cake for desert.
That can be your meal
Once done with the meal have a bath/shower with bathing soaps and then give each other body massages

How about cooking together? We really enjoy the process of cooking together. We share the events of our days, chop, laugh at ourselves, mix, and unwind, cook, together nearly every day. For us, it is the ideal "us" time because we have very busy schedules, too. As for a recipe... lately, we've been making stuffed bell peppers (a healthy/easy alternative to ground beef is turkey sausage). We've also been making sukiyaki (easy if you have the ingredients available) and even a seared steak with potatos and veggies is nice occasionally. When we cook for each other, my fiance likes to make a baked pasta dish with lots of veggies and farfalle pasta. I like to make something Japanese -- tonkatsu, chicken karaage, ramen, udon, etc. or Mexican -- enchiladas, posole, etc. Eat well!

Make it easy on yourself. Stop and pick up a bottle of your favorite wine, your and his favorite pizza, and rent a romantic movie, like maybe 50 First Dates with Adam Sandler. Have a good time and guess what, no clean up.

Do something both sensual and erotic. Something like a bit of steak and wine for dinner with whatever on the side. Then maybe a little chocolate and whipped cream on certain places he can lick off. Guarenteed you will rekindle the passion like napalm on a bonfire!

Make a nice roast in a slow cooker before you go to work. Put on some potatoes when you get home, make some veggies and pick up a bottle of wine.
It's easier than you think.
