Please, dont get into the 'circle' of cutting. I did that, for a few years, and i'm so sorry now, that i did ! It doesn't help any of the thoughts that are 'there' now.... all it does, is let you think about the pain from cutting, and the 'shame' of cutting, for a little while. Once that pain wears off.... and the 'thoughts' are back.... you want to cut 'again'. It's a vicious circle, but i was lucky to break myself free from it. Yes, i have scars now, that i hate to see, but they're 'there'.. and they remind me of the cold, lonely place that i used to be in... i regret ever doing it to begin with. Find someone.... anyone, to talk with, that can understand what you are feeling.. and TALK to them about it. It's been years since i last cut... but, every now & then, i still get the 'urge'... but i dont DO anything about the urge. You can break that circle... just 'try' really hard. It wont happen 'over night', but it WILL happen.

Okay why would you want to cut yourself in the first place? I could not tell you what would make it easier. All I can tell you is the thoughts that are running through your head when you start to think about cutting yourself are illusions. If you hear a voice telling you to do it, it is not real. Get help if this is how you feel. You may have a chemical imbalance that can be treated. I did. I use to think about doing things like cutting myself or jumping out of a moving car, but I got help. Turns out I was bipolar and the medicine helped out. I don't want you to just blow me off or think I am just being harsh. I want you to know there is an alternative to your question!

I think you're asking about suicide methods, but if I'm wrong, forgive my presumption. You can cut the skin easier after it's clean and soaked, but you may have to think about what it's like to cut into fat and muscle and blood vessels too.

Don't do it your family and friends will miss you. Get someone to take you to the nearest hospital or call a crisis hotline! Just don't go there, please.
