Just put little spins on what your good at. Instead of speghetti make Fettuccine Alfredo or Tortellini Alfredo. Serve it with garlic bread one time and with bread and butter another. Instead of meatloaf make Sheppards Pie. Instead of Chilli have Beef Enchilada's. Pot Roast or Barbecued Pot Roast.

You can find all the receipies on the web.

Try FoodNetwork.com. There are literally thousands of easy meal ideas. Check out the Rachel Ray section. A lot of her meals are not exact recipes so much as methods, so you can get a lot of ideas from her without having to make that same meal. Or you could pick up one of her cookbooks, I have two, and most of the meals are 30 minutes or less.
