when am lying in bed I cant help but still think of my ex who never even think 2 before going back to his babys mamma after saying he could never cheat on me because i was what he wanted in his life.

It still hurts because you are laying in bed dwelling on your ex. You need to move girl. Move your body up and get going and set your mind on other things. FORCE YOURSELF. Dwelling on your ex gives him the power over you. DON'T GIVE HIM THE POWER because he lied to you. Let his baby have his father and move on. It will be hard to do but do it. Don't hold on to something or someone who isn't yours. Your time and emotions are too precious of a gift to waste it on someone who isn't real to you. Eventually you will find someone who is. But if you don't start moving on you wont be able to open your heart to someone new. And he is out there waiting for you now GO and find him.

Because break ups are rough especially when the person breaks up with you. Only time can heal. I can't tell you to stop thinking about him because that will be impossible especially when you have feelings. But try to keep busy and be around people who love you.
