it's over the top for me...and I have to admit...I did what another question answerer did...I got really mad at my ex's parents (they caused a lot of our disagreements) and went and did little annoying things around the house to "help" clean the house after she had back surgery...they put them under...for an entire week they went over!!! LMAO!! I also stacked the pots instead of setting them in the cabinet individually...don't know why she did it that way (something about scratching the inside of the pot), but when she found them that way she hit the ceiling!!

Funny you should ask. I use to do the roll under - that is when my daughter was very young. You see younger kids and animals can not grab the roll.

Now I do the roll over top. I have this fun thing going on with my in-laws, they do under so when I go to their house I change the roll around!

In houses with small childen, roll under (to prevent yards and yards of paper covering every surface)--
Otherwise, roll over; for convenience, and because if the bathroom gets steamy, rolled-under paper can stick to the wall!

I always roll it over. My mom used to saywhen we were kids, "The water goes OVER the falls," to remind us to do it the way she wanted it.
