More and more people use four letter words that are disgusting and rude even young kids and ond on television sitcoms, movies, all over the place. Regardless of religious belief, I think it is really spreading like a disease. What could be done to stop that? This is awful!
Even educated people are doing it now.

Furstration is the main reason. What do you think their excuses are?

LOL... I was going to answer like "silver" did.

Seriously... it's the media and lack of education.
Let me explain, I'm not saying it's the "media's" fault, but usually it's that person's upbringing or someone/something that has had a significant impact in their life.

(blah blah blah)

or... we're just lazy and those words can prove to be very strong when we just can't find the right ones.

Plus:
“Our life always expresses the result of our dominant thoughts.” - Soren Kierkegaard

In conclusion:
"S*it! I need to get back to work and stop f*cking around on this thing!" (I'm totally kidding - all in good humor)

I heard a really good quote once, I don't remember by whom or the exact words but it went something like---"Cursing is a way for the uneducated mind to effectively express emotion." I agree with this quote, and with you, whole-heartedly. While I am guilty of a four-letter slip here and there, and a little cursing sprinkled amongst intelligent convo is more than okay (even really funny when properly used), I am pretty saddened by the masses and their constant abuse of garbage diction.

Not so RED, you used the word "with". Nice try though, and good idea.

Language is a form of communication, and similar to tatoos, cussing was once considered taboo and associated with the lower class, today it has transformed into an almost "chabby chic" form of low-intelligent rebellion. People either choose to use foul words because they do not know better or because they do but they choose to imitate others of lower social class/education.

It's a truly ridiculous way to behave. If you're vocabulary is limited to a small pool of obscenities, there's probably some sort of inferiority complex going on. That, or stunted development.

in the passage above, you wrote twenty-one words with 4 letters in their content. It is extremely difficult to not use those kinds of words. but I managed.
