I can't tell you anything based on that information. Yes, call your doctor. I know when my blood pressure is way up or I am late taking my BP medication, my legs will ache really bad, too.

Arrithmia, also spelled Arrhythmia, is an irregular heart beat. Sometimes it skips, sometimes it beats too fast or too slow. Any way, it means the rate is abnormal. So to have aches in your legs would seem to be part of the expected, because your heart, the blood pump, is not reaching every inch of your person as it would if it were beating normally.
Still, you should tell your doctor. There are treatments for arrithmea. If you are already being treated for it, perhaps your medication needs to be adjusted.
Ask your doctor if it would be helpful for you to either wear compression hosiery, or at least, raise your legs to your heart level once or twice a day for 15 minutes or 30 minutes each time. Don't just raise them sitting in a chair, lie down and raise them to level, or slightly higher than your heart level. If your legs stop aching as much after doing that, or if there's no change, tell your doctor that, also.

You might have mitral valve prolapse. Tell the doc to give you a test on that and if you have it, it would explain a whole lot more of your problems.
