Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the light; no man comes unto the Father except through me." He said it, and I believe it.

I have not fully formed an opinion on Jesus, but I have a few facts that I believe to be true:

-His real name is Yeshua, later called Jesus through language translation.

-He was a real man that was persecuted and crucified - a fate many other people found themselves facing around the same time period.

-He was kind and respectful to everyone he encountered, and never intentionally harmed any living thing.

-I also believe that the stories many tell about him bears many striking and undeniable resemblances to many other (and much older) Pagan stories about other men. I believe that if those stories were not copied, it was a remarkable instance of history repeating itself a little too obviously.

There are also a few things I'm not sure of, but confident that they are true:

-He started a new religious movement, starting with a small group of friends who are now referred to as his apostles. (I do not doubt that there is now a religion that was inspired by him, but I do doubt that he intentionally started it himself.)

-He healed people by means that were then, and likely would be now, considered unconventional.

-He performed what some call magick for many purposes ranging from medical importance to cheap parlor tricks.

There are also some things some people say about him that I am skeptical to believe:

-He was homosexual, or conversely, married and had a family.

-He was the human manifestation of a deity, or the physical son of a deity.

-He was born of a virgin who was impregnated by a deity by means of Immaculate Conception.

Regardless of whether any of these things are true or not (including whether or not he even ever existed), at the very least just the idea of the way this man allegedly lived his life is a wonderful inspiration and an excellent example to follow. Unfortunately, many people who claim to live the way he lived his life (Christians), instead attempt to follow what he said to do rather than what he is believed to have done. I do not ever remember Jesus saying, "Do as I say, not as I do," but unfortunately, that is the way many self-proclaimed Christians choose to interpret the Bible to say.

My view of Christ is the same view as the Bible: Jesus Christ is the Only Begotten Son of God, Matthew 3:13-17; He died on the cross for my sins, and yours, was buried in a borrowed tomb, and rose again on third day, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4.

Jesus may not have even existed

Paul was the first to write about Jesus and he only wrote about a death, resurrection and ascension, which he didn’t place on earth, it was all in the context of a mythical realm.

"If Jesus had been
on earth, he would
not have even been
a priest."

Hebrews 8:4

No other account about Jesus was written until a gospel at least 40 years after his death.
Paul didn’t believe that Jesus was ever a human being, he wasn’t even aware of the idea.
Paul is the link for the time-frame given to the life of Jesus and the appearance of the first gospel account of that life.

Paul is the only link to Jesus...

God helps me in all ways possible. He is my own personal tutor to me, and all who believe in him. He helps me through my day. He tells me what is right and what is wrong. Although I sin, everyday of my life, he gives me the privilege to pray and repent my sin. I love my Lord. Some people believe that God and Jesus are boring but my view on it is this. That Jesus was once a little boy too. He had fun and laughed and played with his friends. God had a big plan for me whether it is preaching or teaching or even doctoring, I will always serve for the will of my God.

Jesus is the most advanced soul. He is the son of God, and I am the daughter of God, just as you are a child of God. Jesus came and put himself in danger to teach us a message of love, understanding and forgiveness. Sadly, his teachings have gone a bit astray, but thankfully we all know of him as the wonderful person that he was, and the magnificent soul that he is!

As a Muslim, I have a huge regard for both Jesus the Christ and his mother, the Beloved and Revered Maryam (May ALLAH BE Pleased with them both). Muslims understand know that both people have very special places in Paradise.

He is God, very God, for all eternity. He will be the judge of those who reject Him. He is the savior of His people and died for their sins. He rose from the dead and now is alive at the right hand of the Father. He is our great high priest, and our advocate before the Father. He is my savior, through grace, my Lord, my God. He did exist, He did die on the cross, and He did rise again. Only those who are blind would dispute this. And to those who disparage Him, remember, you will stand before Him as your judge. Every word, thought and action will be judged.
