I bought a bed type thing from costco that fits perfectly into her dog house, however when I wake up in the morning I find it on the lawn will holes in it. I know she has been chewing on it because there is cotton on her snout. She does not like sleeping inside the house, so to make her more comfortable I bought the bed. Any ideas to keep her from chewing up her bed?

Dogs chew to entertain themselves. I know it's frustrating to spend money on something intended to be a bed and it gets used as a bone. Try buying her soft chew toys since she seems to like chewing on that kind of thing. It's possible she'll lose interest once she de-stuffs them. My dog always does, hehehe.

As for the bed, does she sleep in her house at night? Keep an eye on her, maybe she's actually nesting up in some grass in a corner or something. Try putting the bed where she likes to sleep. You might try some old blankets instead, so that she can drag em around and chew on em if she wants.
