History tells me that Jesus Christ established an infallible Church.
That infallible Church tells me the Bible is inspired by God.
The Bible (not to mention history) tells me that that Church is the Holy Catholic Church. I am a Catholic Christian and I truly believe that the Catholic Church is the only true church. I have been a proud Catholic all my life.

God Bless!

True religion is being honest with yourself.

No. I was not born into my religion. I did a lot of studying about religion and a lot of spiritual searching which lead me to the point I am at now.

No I wasnt born into my religion. My mother is a lapsed Catholic and my father is Agnostic at best. The true religion is this

James 1:26-27 26If anyone considers himself religious and yet does not keep a tight rein on his tongue, he deceives himself and his religion is worthless. 27Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.

True religion varies on perception of the individual. I'd say a godless religion is the best, because that it what I choose to follow. All religions offering deities and afterlives are fake, in my opinion.

If faith is a good method to know the existence of God, why is the same method not used in a court of law to determine who murdered someone? Before you send someone to die, isn’t it a good idea to make sure it’s the right person? Should you pick anybody off the street and ask them to prove they did not commit the murder, and if they don’t know what you are talking about, they are obviously guilty? Should the burden of proving you did not do the murder rest on you or on he who claims it was you and accuses you? If I start claiming that I feel God within myself, shouldn’t I show you some evidence? Or since you don’t know what I am talking about, you are obviously deaf, and have no eyes to see, no introspective ability, so you must be obviously illogical, and all I have to tell you is “Pray and have faith!.”

In the Middle Ages someone who couldn’t prove that the Devil DID NOT talk to him, was guilty anyway and had to be tortured and killed. We could still do that experiment and just pick anyone off the street and tell him or her that WE KNOW that Satan has possessed him/her. We KNOW, not by proof of evidence, but because the Blue Angel spoke to us. How about that method in a court of law? It would cost expensive lawyers, and it would save the taxpayers money.

Since when it comes to practical application faith is the same in every religion, why don’t all faithful join together in Iran and form the new country of the AlmightyAllahJehovaShivaVishnu Incorporated?

Religion is a slick road to hell. A grave with both ends knocked out. the only way to heaven is through the blood of Jesus Christ. He died for all of our sins and all people.i was not born int a family that went to church. My Dad was a alcoholic,a womanizer, and a compulsive gambler, but I loved him and I am glad he taught me how to work and that know one gives you anything in life other than god. When I was 30 years old the holy spirit reveled to my that i was lost and I asked him to save me and he did.

Yes I know, without a doubt, the true way to God - Jesus Christ. And, no, I was not born into my religion as your meaning implies. My parents were not devout Christians - agnostics at best. However, I have been reborn into God's family.

None are true. There are no gods. I was Christian when I was young because I was indoctrinated into it as a kid. Nobody is born into a religion.
