yes, each of your financial aid applications will be considered separately based on the income information provided--having more than one financial aid recipient in the household does not automatically disqualify you from receiving aid.

The only question pertaining to this on the FAFSA is the question regarding number in college. For you, this would be two.

Yes of course. Also, you and your brother will most likely get more money now because you are both in college (which lowers your mother EFC), and the FAFSA considers that when deciding how much to award you.
