I have seen mixes for sale online that are available in various dessert flavors. But there are no recipes for them if you wanted to make them yourself so you are limited to buying the mixes which are expensive. I've seen the chocolate chip cheeseball recipe already but I'm wondering if there are any others.

Kraft's site does not have anything.

This is like a big cheeseball that you spread onto cookies or graham crackers, similar to regular cheddar cheeseballs, not individual servings.

Ingredients:
***Batter***
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons brandy
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
Honey or Confectioners' Sugar
***Filling***
16 ounces sweet myzithra (or ricotta)
2 tablespoons sugar (or more, to taste)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups olive oil for frying
Directions:
Whisk the batter ingredients, liquids and egg yolk first, adding the flour and baking powder slowly until you have a batter that resembles a thick custard. With electric mixer, mash myzithra or ricotta with the sugar and cinnamon until smooth. Both cheese and batter can be made ahead of time. Have fryer ready at 350 Degrees F. with (boiling) oil for frying. Make little balls out of the cheese mixture. Dip each ball in the batter and brown a few at a time quickly in the hot oil. Lift out with a slotted spoon, drain on rack or paper towels, and serve with honey or confectioners' sugar. Because they cook so quickly, have someone help by removing them as you prepare them.

Add almond extract, cinnamon and chopped marschino cherries to plain cream cheese. You can add white cheddar cheese if you like. Refridgerate until firm. Shape into a ball. Roll ball on a plate covered with toasted almond slivers or almond slices. Serve with slices of apples.

Another great idea is to make baked brie with sugar and spices on top (You can make your own or buy kits for them at wholesalers like Sam's Club). They are awesome to spread on nice breads or fruits.
