Go jogging each day. Try Pilates. I gained almost 50 pounds during my last pregnancy, and now you can barely tell I even had a baby... I went to a Pilates class every day, for 3 months and it WORKED... Persistance is key!

I would have to say with excersize, it is the best way to lose the belly fat and eating the right way. I have five kids and that is how i would lose the weight. If u had your baby vaginally after the six weeks u can do the regular excersizes like i would do the Billy Blanks TAE BO that really worked for me, But of course u have to eat healthy too. And if u had ur baby by C-section u'll have to wait a little longer till ur cut heals completely.

Situps. Lots of situps.
Eat less. Still have a balanced diet but eat for one. You might just need to cut back on portion sizes.

Stop eating liek your pregnant and be active ( not jogging but hosework, rocking baby anything you can do on your feet.

exercise...breastfeeding...and i was told to suck in your belly and try to make your belly button touch your back bone...hold for as long as you can and do it as long as you can...really helps get you muscles back..i found it alot easier than working out especially with a little one around...good luck :)
