Exercise by doing a lot of cardio and stick to eating a lot of vegetables, no fast food what so ever, if you eat meat make sure that it is lean meat and cook it with as little oil as possible. Seafood is the best for this. Drink a lot of water and make sure you are in bed early. Make sure you eat smaller portions but more during the day. Has to be healthy though. Do this and I don't see why it can't be done.

listen stop the soda junk food everything that is bad eat right veggies and salads just try trust me it works.
