Steorids side effect?

Question

I have glasses for the blackborad. I then had a cough and a bit of a temperture and i was on four steorids a day for 5 days. Now in the last three days i feel my vision in my eyes have gone down. Is it a side effect of the steorids that will go away? (i finished the steorids on Friday which was when they started giving me trouble) or will I just need glasses full time?

It would surprise me greatly if your endocrine system was altered in such a way that your vision was distorted before you like, died, over something else... I seriously doubt that the cough or temprature was caused by 5 days of steroid usage. Glasses wise, that's an optometrist's realm. But I doubt that the effects are caused by steroids; if they caused an immune issue which led to you getting sick, or if they altered your vision noticibly, they did so through the hormones and primarily the endocrine sytem. And you would probably die if these effects were so severe so fast.

I had a predisone steriod shot and 5 days worth of pills and it took a toll on my body for one year. like I was allergic; I had all the side efffects- my eyes were weakened too and I gained weight eight sizes bigger and I became very moody and depressed and appetite was wild. I was a totaly different person and where i had the shot inserted it was like a hard ball inside me that would never leave until 11 months later it became red and hive like and itchy hot and i put drawing salve on a band aid and drew the shot out. GROSS Beware and keep it in mind to never take it again and tell the quacks to get real-

You get in such a bad condition that, even if you see a girl naked in front of you, you do not care anymore. Too many side effects.
