How do you change a RAR file to a .vob file, so that I can watch a movie on windows media player?

As far as I know you can't you would have to extract the files and from there it would extract to some type of media file.

A RAR file has compressed files inside it. Open the RAR file and extract the .vob file that is probably inside.
