I want to pace myself, and gain muscle but lose the fat in my abdomen and chest. Just need some advice. I want to go slow. Also I'm 15, and going to the gym is not an option. Any advice?

I'm about to spoil something for you. You cannot gain muscle and lose fat at the same time! To gain muscle you need to consume more calories than you burn and to lose fat you have to comsume less calories than you burn. But, you can still do do them one at a time. I recomend to build up some muscle first thorugh wieght training and then try to lose fat for it will be easier than because you will have more muscles that burn calories.

guy, basketball on my own must be adequate so that you'll shed extra pounds. purely procedures to eat a lot less when you're eating too a lot. i replaced right into 100 twenty 5 kilos then at the same time as i began playing b-ball, I lost 6 kilos... believe me, i wanted that six kilos, they were demanding to attain. with out basketball for 2 months, I received 15 kilos, which replaced into good, yet at the same time as i began playing... I went lower back to 100 twenty 5 kilos and that i replaced into eating plenty in my opinion.
