That so much. U would die. RIP. 0ne hundred pound per year is normal, not per a week. I was personal trainer. I never seen like that lose 300pounds in 3-week. Come on, what are u thinking? Relax.
There is safeest and faster way to lose weight is dont eat carbs at all. Dont drink any of liqurd candy like sodas and high sugar juices. Stick to water only. Water help u to flush unhealthy wasted out.
U have 300pounds fat. U dont needed unhealthy carbs like white bread, noodle, rice, etc. U need to eat more fruits and vegetable. Im not saying u have to be vegan.
U still need healthy protein from meats like turkey bacons, grilled chickens, white egg(no yolk) and fishs
Hot Green Tea burns your fat very well. Eat nor drink grapefruit is also burn your fat. Eat every 2-3 hours of 5-8 very small meals per day.
For example, eat a half of slice turkey sandwich with brown breads then eat other half for later. Very small, not medium or large meals. Make sure a slice of brown bread has over 2 grams of fibers.
Seem like to me that u opened your eyes. How it happened to u?
IT s not end of the world. U have time to lose the weight. Take a time. That s good u opened your eyes. Patience. U will look damn good in mirror.

Dude, I don't know if this is a serious question but I'm going to treat it like it is. I watched Oprah a little while ago and a man came on that weighed I believe 800 pounds or so and he lost weight, and now weights 200 pounds. He was a very tall man, so the weight was perfect for him, he looked really slim. He lost all that weight over a period of about 6 or 7 years. So the truth is, if you want to loose 300 pounds and still be healthy, be very patient with your body! DON'T EVER attempt to loose so much weight in 3 weeks, you'll likely end up in the hospital for giving your body so much strain. With me, when I exercise, I aim for loosing 2 pounds in a week (sometimes the weight comes back which is SO frustrating, but thats life I guess.) If your aim is 300 pounds, give it about 3 or 4 years, I'd say. But if your seriously thinking about this, go to your doctor. He/she can advise you much better than I can.

I think it could be a bit dangerous trying to loose 300 lb in 3 weeks. You should talk to a doctor so they can suggest what you can do. I'd suggest doing a ton of exercise and eating loads of celery and lettuce as this will reduce your calorie intake.

In 3 weeks?? In possible, not even in 3 months! It is a step by step process. If you lose 60 to 70 pounds in 6 months, then that's good!!!

im attempting to do an analogous element as you, reducing on 500 energy an afternoon has been slightly problematical, yet no longer too undesirable. in case you get hungry and you opt for something that doesnt have alot of energy, eat an apple, they make you sense complete. or eat any fruit or greens, their best for you and their very low cal. and workout will help velocity up the burden-loss technique. attempt walking for 20 minutes conventional

Its not possible unless you are a millionaire and can spend large amount of money to remove all the fat in your body. You can lose weight with good diet and exercise if you want to do it regardless of time but if u don't want to lose it then you will find many excuses! take care

you dont want to do any diet that will make you lose that much weight that fast, thats just plain o' crazy. that will lead to death in the end. it's to much of a risk on you body. how you may come out of it. so i wouldn't buy into the plan / idiea of what someone would tell me if they say it's gonna make me lose weight and look good and be healthy . just take your step to step diet. taking your time. you will reach your goal if you make an effort. play if safe.

humm it's impossible.the average weight loos that's healthy would be 1-2 pounds..You could get major lipo. and gastric bypass, but I don't even think that would work..Dying might work..then you wouldn't weight 300 lbs..j/k
