I used to have long hair... then I shaved it all off - and now, a few months later I already want to grow it out again! So, I already take vitamins, minerals, drink pleanty of water and eat healthy - But what else can I do to ensure that my hair is at it's full growing potential? I want my hair to be long again!

Thanks in advance :)

You are already doing enough. Give it time.

I take that diet pill NV, that does inporooved the condition of may hair and nails. I also use that garnier Length and Strength system, shampoo, conditioner and a cream. That I noticed made my hair about 2 inches longer since I started using it last month

I always take pre-natal vitamins when I want my hair to grow, but if you're a male then I would brush it as much as you can to stimulate the hairgrowth. That should do it!

I can one-up these answers... Add Niacin to the vitamins you take. It WORKS. My ex was a marine. They used it when they'd come home to get rid of the "Jar Head". Just make sure you get the "Flush-Free" niacin.
