I suffer with depression myself... I am told medication, but I choose not to take it as I find that it not only dulls the positive things as well as the depressing ones as well. I prefer a regimen of exercise which really seems to help. Good luck.

Eating healthy, and exercise everyday. If you work out everyday to the point where you're sweating good, it's hard to be depressed at all, unless it's clinical. People need to understand that your body, and your mind are all in the same package. One effects the other.

Exercise. Not only does it raise your endorphins, thereby making you happier, but it gets you in shape and gives your skin a healthy glow. The effects are enough to cheer anybody up.

Excersize. Its a proven fact that excersize improves mood and over all well being. It will increase your self esteem and pumps "feel good" endorphines into your bloodstream.
