Proof of God's Existence?

Question

I used to be a non-believer. I took the theory of evolution as scientific fact. But then something happend. I realised that evolution could not possibly be true and that therefore a creator must exist. I was feeling blue, walking through the town, being drowned in the rain. I walked for hours trying to think of some solutions to the many problems that weighed me down. I looked into everyshop window to see if a shiny or colourful object might catch my eye and distract from my miseries. And then I heard a noise. I turned around and saw it. A POODLE.
Are you telling me something as crap as a poodle could have survived the survival of the fittest? I don't think so Pope-On-A-Rope! You never see them in the history books until that last century, absolute proof that every so often God creates something new (Though not always impressive) and bungs it our way.
But hey! What do you think?

You never believed or understood evolution, you have always been a christian and are a lier for claiming otherwise.

As far as a poodle, you have no idea how stupid you sound. You misunderstand what survival of the fittest means. If poodles didn't exist years ago and now they do that is just proof that dogs have evolved. Those genes are more prevalent now then they were in the past and that is what evolution means. Evolution=change in gene frequency.
Your story reeks of falsehood and as I understand it, that is a SIN!

Remember that breed only provides a general clue as to any individual dog's actual behavior. Make sure to get to know dogs well before bringing them into your home.

If faith is a good method to know the existence of God, why is the same method not used in a court of law to determine who murdered someone? Before you send someone to die, isn’t it a good idea to make sure it’s the right person? Should you pick anybody off the street and ask them to prove they did not commit the murder, and if they don’t know what you are talking about, they are obviously guilty? Should the burden of proving you did not do the murder rest on you or on he who claims it was you and accuses you? If I start claiming that I feel God within myself, shouldn’t I show you some evidence? Or since you don’t know what I am talking about, you are obviously deaf, and have no eyes to see, no introspective ability, so you must be obviously illogical, and all I have to tell you is “Pray and have faith!.”

In the Middle Ages someone who couldn’t prove that the Devil DID NOT talk to him, was guilty anyway and had to be tortured and killed. We could still do that experiment and just pick anyone off the street and tell him or her that WE KNOW that Satan has possessed him/her. We KNOW, not by proof of evidence, but because the Blue Angel spoke to us. How about that method in a court of law? It would cost expensive lawyers, and it would save the taxpayers money.

Since when it comes to practical application faith is the same in every religion, why don’t all faithful join together in Iran and form the new country of the AlmightyAllahJehovaShivaVishnu Incorporated?

Poodles were originally bred as hunting dogs, now they are more pets (they're good for "water birds", ie., ducks, geese, etc.). God didn't breed them, man did and they've been around longer than a century. Wikipedia states, "it is an old breed" (usually Wikipedia give us a little more than that), but the impression I get reading it is that they've been around a while.

I fail to see how the existence of poodles proves God's existence; doesn't seem satisfying to me.

What you saw was a hybrid poodle. A real poodle is a big dog - about the size of a lab. A good 50 to 80 pounds. Do a little research before you open your mouth and show how dumb you really are.

When you realised that it could not possibly be true, I assume you read all of the published scientific peer reviewed journals and all the available literature and came up with counter evidence citing them all as incorrect (else how else could you come to a fair scientific conclusion!?). This would be helpful to all of the other creationists who can't seem to refute all the evidence, why don't you publish your findings online and make your millions?

A poodle isn't "crap" / Mankind didn't create the poodle, God created everything including mankinds hearts and minds and all knowledge.

A better question would be how did everything come from nothing?

How is it that we and everything are composed of atoms, and yet we do not intersect. Everything is held together.

Evolution is a theory not a fact.

Is the mind more important than the heart?

The knowledge of God has been within all our hearts since birth. It is none but we that damn ourselves. Those who do not believe the knowledge has gone due to arrogance, ignorance, evil, falsity, vain desires, they dwell in the dark, and there hearts are blind. God enlightens whom he pleases, and God has complete and perfect knowledge of what's in your hearts and of all things.

For those who do not believe and adhere to God's Direction, the Holy Quran and sayings of the Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be Upon Him), they will suffer a grevious punishment in Hell, for those who die non-believers and share the belief in one God - for eternity. for those who do believe they will be granted Heaven Eternal.

Poodles weren't around until long after dogs were domesticized. Now their cuteness makes man keep them safe. That's a survival trait.

poodles were created / engineered by man, not god or evolution. in japan they made a square watermelon... not god. its just us playing around.
