I know it's just a trail mix. I think someone told me that each letter stands for something. Maybe raisins and peanuts are the "r" and "p". What do you put in yours? Do you have to do anything besides mix them together (ie, add salt)?

This website has lots of recipes for GORP - I have not heard it called GORP before - just trail mix. Learn something new everyday!:)

Nope. Just GORP. The peanuts will normally have salt on them already. My dad used to put chocolate in it though, which makes it GORCP but really it's just raisins and peanuts
