Those who say it is ok, do not care what God's viewpoint is. Those who condone the act of homosexuality are as guilty in God's eyes as those who practice the act. The Bible states that such ones will not inherit God's Kingdom. They should read what is found at Romans 1:24-32 --"Wherefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts unto uncleanness, that their bodies should be dishonored among themselves: for that they exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshipped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. For this cause God gave them up unto vile passions: for their women changed the natural use into that which is against nature: and likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another, men with men working unseemliness, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was due. And even as they refused to have God in their knowledge, God gave them up unto a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malignity; whisperers, backbiters, hateful to God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, without understanding, covenant-breakers, without natural affection, unmerciful: who, knowing the ordinance of God, that they that practise such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but also consent with them that practise them."

If anyone practices these things and condones them, then they, as the Bible clearly states, are deserving of death.

If u pick me for best answer can u explain what ur answer for easter was all about? Anways, yes i believe homosexuality is wrong. It's sad that so many christians believe the opposite. However i do not believe you cant be a homosexual and a christian at the same time. Why? Because Jesus told us that no sin is greater than the other. Homosexuality is a sinful lifestyle, yet if u believe with your whole heart about Jesus and everything else, i believe your saved. I am by no means supporiting homosexuality, we need to continue to show them Jesus' love. We need a fuller revelation of God, in this world!

How logical is it of you to eliminate any communicate from all people who doesn't believe both foundational premises? common sense. Take it for a attempt stress. you would locate it functional. Even assuming your 2 statements are authentic you haven't drawn a end from them. If God is suitable and He created each and every thing then are we to assume that all creation is suitable? Is sin a creation of God or the devil? Sin isn't a creation. Sin is a call. At creation there replaced into in problem-free words one rule. What replaced into there to comprehend? do not attempt that's enormously decrease and dry effortless. "punished them for an act they could no longer comprehend" is what you're saying. We tell little ones do not contact the hearth, or do not play contained in the line. the youngsters do not comprehend each and each and every of the why's of it yet often it truly is a nasty coverage to the contact the hearth. because you're extra drawn to eliminating those who will be keen to communicate adjustments of opinion then you have an pastime in debate i visit save myself some frustration and allow you to your vitriol.

I hate the sin, but not the sinner. My friends know this. I don't support Gay marriage, but if it were made legal, I'd send them a toaster or a waffle iron. I love my friends, no matter their sexual orientation, but that doesn't mean I like homosexuality.

Jesus knew how to hate the sin but love the sinner. He traveled with sinners, and he hated none of them. That is how I model my life.

Actually, Christ is efficient in all matters. He died for all sin not for the ones we chose. The old testament is a shadow of the new testament not a reflection. When God destroyed the two cities we had no received our redeemer.
Christ came to us in the "form of" sin....or man but was without sin. When Christ died for us He paid the price for ALL SIN for those who believe on Him. He is sufficient in ALL THINGS. Nothing anyone can do on their own can lead to salvation no acts of faith....nothing but loving Christ back and asking Him into your life will bring salvation and even the timing of that is up to the Father.

I'm religiously active, but I'm not a Christian. Maybe in your view that doesn't make me religious, but to each their own.

I don't see anything wrong with homosexuality, but with the bible's stance on it, I do find it a bit strange for homosexuals to be Christian. Still, that's their choice.

you need to study the story of Sodom and Gemorah a bit more... it was not the sin of homosexual acts that did them in... atleast not only because of that..... and yes you can be a homosexual and a Christian at the same time... just as you can be a hetrosexual and Christian At the same time.... Lust is lust... and it is the lust and the acting on it that is the abomination in the eys of God... all sexual lust must be repented to come befor God... Homo or otherwise.

Hetrosexuals must give up adultry and fornication just as the homosexual must... they do have to honestly repent of the acts.

Lover of Bible Truth has it right. Anyone who thinks you can be a gay christian is following the words of man. Funny how people think they can pick and choose passages from the bible as they see fit for their lifestyle. And yes, heterosexual lust is wrong just as well.

while homosexuallity is sin our salvation is not based on our actions its based on Gods actions. God sent his son to earth to pay the penalty for our sin. we need to do Gods will but thats not what makes us Christians. if there are homosexual Christian that is a sin that the holy spirit will deal with. why do you judge your brothers and sisters are you without sin?

Sorry, but you're wrong. There are many gay and lesbian Christians. You can deny that they exist, but they exist nonetheless. There are even churches where the majority of the congregation or parish is homosexual. You can deny that they are "true" Christians, but they are Christians nonetheless. They love their Lord Jesus and sing his praises, just as you do.

Many Christians have come to realize that homosexuality harms no one--it never has and never will--and to persecute someone without just cause is IMMORAL.
