Last week i got chocolate completely out of my diet and started eating a lot healthier and since then my face has completely cleared up. Is it just coincidence or is it the healthy diet ?

I am not a doctor nor a specialist but this may help:

1) rinse your face as soon as you wake up, after you come home from outside

and before you sleep.
2) eat a lot of apples( i do not know how but that really helped me)
3) drink a lot of water..A LOT
4) exercise to sweat and get dirt off your face

Give it a try, i am sure it will work. It worked for me

Probably the diet. But a healthy diet will do a lot more for you than just clear your face up. After not eating all the crap food for about 4 months I tried to go back to it. I couldn't . I tastes so bad, it would almost gag me.

See by eating foods with less oils and fats your face should clear up. But water also helps flush your body of infections, which is what acne is.

Yes! If you eat healthy, your face will clear up A LOT. You just have to stop eating things that have a lot of oil. Example: If you like fried bacon make it in the oven, and forget about chocolate for months. =D

Eat less fat and sugar, drink a LOT of water, and eat clarifying veg like cucumber, celery and lettuce. Apples and grapes are also good. Avoid alcohol (if you can!) and salty foods like crisps. Tea tree oil dabbed onto spots will be much better for your skin than preparations full of chemicals and parabans. Good luck!
