There are a lot of reasons we gain wt. Stress, lack of exercise, boredom etc. Find a diet that fits your eating habits. Don't try to fit into a diet make the diet fit you. When you find this diet you will have more success. The wt gain can be cause many different diseases such as PCOS, hypothyroidism, hormonal imbalance etc. If you no NONE of these are the case and you know the cause of your wt gain then slowly reveres it. People put to much stress on diets and get discouraged to easily and it will have an adverse effect such as gaining more wt. Make the diet fun for you and increase activity such as walking.
As far as your husband looking for another woman, sweety unless he has given you reason to believe he is looking (such as actually having an affair), then don't pass on your insecurities onto him. Meaning worrying none stop that he is going to cheat because you gained a few pounds. By transferring the insecurity you could cause harm to your healthy relationship.

You have tried everything.
It can be a very complicated task. I'm sure that if you were getting an hour or two workout atleast ever other day and keeping your caloric intake to 1500-2000 calories/day you would be losing weight. (nobody said it would be easy!)
Anyhow, I don't have much information about your specific circumstances. Maybe there are other physical or psychological things going on here. I suggest you get some professional help, and if you run into problems, find a way to overcome the problem. Nothing is stopping you from success in the "long" term. You just have to take it one step at a time and never give up when you run into obstacles.

There is no quick fix. It's going to take time and determination.
You may want to consult a doctor first. But here is the tried and true way to lose weight:
You need to raise your heart rate and do 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise 3-5 times a week. This could include jogging, bicycling, jumping jacks, skipping rope, etc. Walking and swiming are good exercise, but are less effective.
You also will probably need to change your eating lifestyle. Don't think of it as going on a diet, because these changes in your eating habits should be life-long. Eat at home (or pack a lunch) as often as possible. Incorporate lots of fresh veggies into your diet. Cut back on foods with little or no nutritional value. Read the packaging on all the foods you buy.
A great book to read is: Nutrition for Dummies
Best of luck!

Besides all the suggestions for hair conditioning and such, which are all great suggestions, I would highly recommend that you drink at least 8-10 glasses of water everyday - NONFAIL. And be sure you eat right too. This will give your hair the best conditioning possible from the inside out and along with the conditioners you choose, you should get some great results in time. But keep up the nutrition because it will take a little time for it to show results and you must continue to eat right and drink that water!

If you want to lose weight you can, it's mind over matter. Why don't you plan your meals ahead and don't buy any "junk food " at all. Take a multi-vitamin every day and increase your dairy products. I really find that dairy products, such as low-fat yogurt and milk keep me satisfied so I don't crave junk foods.
Simply said you have to eat less and exercise more. It's not that bad if you keep active and stay determined.
Also your husband loves you even if you did put weight on---true love never dies. Keep your chin up and stay motivated, you can do it!

Eat low calorie food and throw away all the munchie stuff you have, Chips, donuts, everything. Buy skim milk, and drink alot of water. Most women confuse hunger with thirst. Your body is actually very thirsty and you eat instead of drinking. Water has NO calories and is very good for you. Stop drinking soda or any kind of drink that has alot of calories. Once you start eating healthier, pounds will fall off. Stay under 1500 calories per day and it will work. Have faith. Good luck

Yes, you need someone knowledgeable to keep you accountable, my guess is that is where you are slipping. I have found that this is the key to weight loss program adherance and succcess.
To start, i would recommend you keep your calories at 1500 per day and stay active. If you do this, you should see results within the week, which will motivate you to keep going.
