chances are if you think his eyes are all dreamy and the like and it feels like he is looking into your soul,then he probably is and you probably seriously like the guy and vice versa.Either that or he's got cataracts but I'd say you feel like he's touching your soul.

if it feels like he is staring straight into your soul he probably is. guys have a tendency to know what we are think before we are self know. personally i am completely taken if this is the feeling when a guy looks at me in that exact way. and in those cases he wants me as much as i want him.

It means (for a guy) that he is either thinking about your pants, his pants or not at all!!! only kidding! depends what your back ground is, if there has always been chemistry, then i would say the favour is on your side, however if he is unaware of your feelings for him, then he could be thinking anything! x
