Well, "better"? Not necessarily. Have more ecgg? Slightly, yes, but not as much as if you did two other things:
1. Drink more cups of green tea per day, and
2. Make it with water that is not boiling.
You can get more of the epicatechins in tea if it is green tea and if you simply steep it longer or use the same bag for two cups. You can get some more if you try to concentrate it more, but you will not get as much as if you steeped it well,a dn did that twice, geting all the ecgg out of each bag that you can.
And make it with water that is no more than 190 degrees F, preferably a little less, like 180 or 170. You will be able to get out of it all that is in it, and water that is too hot will destroy some of the polyphenols in it.
Don't try to rush health. Enjoy your tea, your health, and do what you need for as long as you need to do it. Drink tea simply, and then go out and exercise like crazy, run, scream, ski, and and have fun, then come back and have more tea to enjoy your rest.
