I am 12 too! I am 5'2 , eat sooo much food but am only 96 lbs... Wierd. Im not even that skinny... As long as you excersise, ur fine! work out if your worried, but dont ever stop eating... I pro-ice skate so thats probably why i weigh 96.. from what it sounds like to me, a peer, i would say exercise more, eat healthily, do not eat LESS, eat LOTS of HEALTHY stuff. dont be anorexic or anything, hon.
ALSO, BMI isn't everything. You need a DOCTOR to tell you if you are overweight or not. BMI can tell you if you are "average" to it, but i know people whose doctors have said they need to diet, but BMI's said they were fine. Dont trust the BMI. Trust the DOCTOR. Go in and just ask, people do it ALL the time.

Please, don't stress about your weight. It's fine. Anyway at your age your body will be getting ready to start puberty. It needs some extra energy reserves. Instead of concerning yourself about weight try and focus on ensuring you are getting a healthy diet. At least 5 portions of fruit and veg. That should total a little over 1lb in weight a day, in case you're not sure what a portion is. Drink at least 1.5 litres of water (around 3 pints I think) If you hate water then other drinks will keep you hidrated but be wary of drinks containing caffine and sugar.
I have worked in weight loss and assisted 100s of people to lose weight, not to mention been sucessful at it myself. So I do know what I'm talking about.

You are at a good weight. To maintain your weight you need to keep the amount of calories burned equal to the amount that you consume.
