To date, what is the best estimate of # of troops that have served in Iraq since March of 2003?

I'm trying to figure a casualty rate per 100,000 served.

Counting the ones presently there - about 600,000.

not sure how many have been in Iraq but the casualty total from March19, 2003-Nov 30th, 2006 is 2,874....wounded is 21,921
