i have a relativley fast metabolism. im 5'10" and weigh 160lbs

First stop smoking it. Second drink plenty of fluids. You can go to your general nutrition store and they have stuff to clean you out. The more you drink the more diluted you urine becomes. However, if you have a week and you get something to clean your system you should be ok.

I've used this little trick for the past five years in order to pass all my drug tests. I call it "don't smoke illegal substances". It's worked for me like a charm.
On the other hand, it depends on how often you smoke. Drink lots and lots of water, or even get one of those kits at the head shop. Since you're not a daily smoker, you should be able to have a good chance of cleaning it out in a week. The more water you can drink the better, though. You have to dilute your urine as much as possible.

Lots of water, lots of exercise. A cleaning product will help, available at most head shops/health stores, but don't bet on it. Get in a sauna for a while if possible. Basically, you want to sweat and pee as much as possible between now and the test to make sure everything exits your system. Toss in a few drinks over the next night or two and your kidneys should be good to go next week.

No, but it depends on the type of test you get. In your urine, it only lasts 2 weeks, but if you get a hair test, it lasts for 3 months. since you say you last smoked 6 months ago, you shouldn't havea a problem. Just try to stay off of it til then... good luck!!!

Stop smoking it, you idiot. And try to realize that the reason you're being given a drug test is because somebody requires you to not be on drugs--like an employer or probation officer.

Do? Put your head between your knees and kiss your butt goodbye. No way you are going to be clean in 1 week. THC (marijuana) stays in your system longer than other illegal drugs.

Go to a local drugstore (such as the GMC) and search your heart out. You can find certain things to help clean your system out. Secondly, keep drinking fluids.

You can buy pills to take to flush out the drug chemicals. Generally, it takes about 30 days for the THC to leave your system, that's for one joint, you do the math.
