Worrying doesn't do you any good (both for yourself, and for what you are trying to achieve). If it did do good, I wouldn't tell you to stop...

For the long term, I'm pretty sure you are ready. You are nice, fun, pretty, and unique. But, to gain attention is a different thing...

1) If you are in Middle/High school, then you'd want to hang out with popular girls so your odds are higher. However, if the boy that you are seeking isn't very popular, then it doesn't really matter whether you are popular or not; you just have to make the first move if he isn't into girls or is not confident about it.
2) You'd want to be more flirtatious. This one works wonders, and can double or triple your success. Girls who don't flirt get almost nothing and have to wait. Read "Superflirt" by Tracey Cox if you want more info. She's pretty good.
3) Though you want to be fun, you can't lose control of yourself. You'd want to be Mrs. Classy, which makes you look appealing to almost everyone... You'd scare those boys who aren't confident though. So again, you'd have to make the first move if that's the case. Just learn from a lady who has manners and charm...

Just try these 3 things, and hopefully it'll help. I know that most people don't dare to try... But if you don't, how are you ever going to achieve anything? It's the same as training for a marathon. You are always changing... The word patience and persistance goes for things like this. So it's not just patiently waiting not knowing or hoping, but actually making something out of things yourself. Just make sure you never lose a sense of who you are (that means if you aren't comfortable doing these things, don't do it).

Could it be Tourettes ? BO ? Your endless stare ? The bizarre sexual suggestions you make ? Your constant whistling ? Your wandering hand trouble ? Kleptomania reassurgance ? The T shirt that says F*** Off and die ?....

I'm sure none of the above is true. Actually, you sound pretty perfect to me. Go on, spoil it by saying I'm way too old.

No idea.

But then, what do you expect....! It's a bit like asking whether 'the readers here think your new hairstyle suites you.'

unless you provide a great deal more information about yourself, there is no way anyone other than a psychic can answer you properly.

Sash.

You;re not doing anything wrong, except maybe worrying about it too much. Stop waiting for a guy to ask you out and just get on with your life. It will happen when it's supposed to and when you least expect it.

Try making the first move yourself - if you go up to a guy you like the look of, it shows you have confidence.

Don't just wait for a guy to come up to you! Otherwise your opportunities will pass you by!

Maybe you're too pretty and most guys are so bowled over by your beauty they are too scared to ask you out (thats from personal experience, i have no trouble making friends with pretty girls, but asking them out is very daunting!)!
So you're probably doing nothing wrong!

Maybe guys are intimidated by you if you're as pretty as you say you are or maybe you come as across as stuck-up or arrogant, who knows.
