I'm glad others have responded by answering your question seriously. Please don't ask questions about something as serious as cancer in this manner. Colo/rectal cancer is a very serious disease and it is not funny.

Yes you can. Its called rectum cancer.
Just because it is in your butt does not mean that it is not as serious as lung or heart cancer. Cancer is cancer no matter where it is found.

Yes colo-rectal cancer is very common. If you are referring to skin cancer in the rectal area that too is possible if you have a mole there that is cancerous.
