I've never understood when people ask other people to pray for them. Is [deity of your choice] more likely to answer a prayer that comes from many people rather than just one?

The prayer is more powerful when you have multiple people making the same prayer. Especially if it's at the same time.

We believe in the power of prayer; and the more prayer, the better. Sometimes as a believer, you get weary, for lack of a better term, and you NEED the prayer support of fellow Christians to boost you through their love and faith. God understands our human frailties, thankfully!

Power in numbers! Read Matthew. Do you need any of us to pray for you? Just think of how amazing it is for christians to unite together to ask God for something. Just like all of your kids asking for something good and all being in agreement that this is a "good thing" . We are all God's children.

Yes our bible teaches that when 2 or more join together in prayer for something that is righteous that God sends out more angels/spiritual warriors to get the task done.
