What makes your heat rate faster?

I was wondering if panic attacks make your heart beat faster and I wanted know a little bit about the nervous system

O i thought that this was happing because something was wrong with me.what happen was I was shaking uncontrolbly and my heart was beating fast to.this is a massage to ANGEL EYE.Did you even no why you had a pinic attack.If so why did you have one

Sometimes panic atttacks are quick to come and quick to go so don't worry . I had them when I was going through a crisis and was short-lived. Don't worry about it if it's not on a frequent basis.
Have you tried blowing into a paper bag----it absolutely works!

YES... I had an anxiety attack (same as panic) when I was in a taxi in Florida. Dont know why it happened, but not only did my heart start racing, my hands and jaw and teeth clenched uncontrollably and I was unable to move my hands or jaw for about 5 minutes. It was scary, I thought I was going to die.

But I do have panic attacks and it does make your heart beat faster and my breathing was real deep. It lasted about 2 minutes
