I don't know about the symptoms, but pomegranite juice is nature's laxitive, plus it tastes great. Good luck, hope she feels better

For the constipation - give her a glycerine suppository, it'll make her do the do in under half an hour.
If the throwing up hasn't stopped after a stomach settler like Bisodol (that's what I use) - it may be a virus or something more serious, let's hope that pediatrician gets there soon,

Is her pelvic area hard? What you should do is percuss her pelvic area and if you get a dull sound that means that there is something solid and could be a blockage. If you think you can wait I suggest break out the prune juice and get ready for a long night. The throwing up part scares me though. I would not wait if I were you. I would go to the ER and get it checked out. The main thing though is "What the hell is she eating"!!! She needs a high fiber diet and to drink a lot of water. This stops you from getting constipated frequently.

Dont wait until Friday for the peds take her into the ER right now! She is bound up and needs relief, if her colin is so blocked that she can only throw up this could lead to something very tramadic. You really need to have her seen by someone right away. By her throwing up she is only getting more dehydrated and nothing is going to pass. I wish you the best of luck!

Diet for Children Over 1 Year Old with constipation:
Increase fruit juice (apple, pear, cherry, grape, prune) (Note: citrus fruit juices are not helpful)
Add fruits and vegetables high in fiber content (peas, beans, broccoli, bananas, apricots, peaches, pears, figs, prunes, dates)
Increase whole grain foods (bran flakes, bran muffins, graham crackers, oatmeal, brown rice, and whole wheat bread. Popcorn can be used if > 4 years old)
Decrease milk products (milk, ice cream, cheese, yogurt) to 3 servings per day

In the superstore, fruits are usually picked out far too soon. Some are rocks, many are bad. Some of the fruit and vegetables are right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.

My son gets the same way sometimes... he's 14 months... someone told me to use Activia Yogart- we did, and it really helped! That and prunes or prune juice! Don't give her bananas for a while- that will make her poop harder.
My son just had a virus- threw up a couple of times, then had diarrhea for a week straight... now to make the poop harder, they said to give him his milk- but to also give him bananas, regular yogart, and lot's of juice and water if possible. So this is why I said to do the opposite-from what they told us... just check her temp and make sure she doesn't have a fever, or if you give her tylenol for it, make sure it stays down.
Goodluck!
