When I'm talking he's looking at my lips..when he's taking he looks at my eyes..he smiles a lot..always constant eye contact..I think he's flirting but cant be sure..what do you think?..

This is more than flirting, he's giving you the go ahead. There's nothing better than when a guy watches your lips move when you speak..it means he's listening to every word you say and paying attention. He's looking in your eyes when he talks so it means he trusts you and wants you to feel the same.

Well yes I think he is very interested in you!! Maybe you need to give him a chance....so you know for sure, in case you are worried he is just a tease... is he single? If you are interested you need to let him know you are free for a 'date'.... this could be in a subtle way....you know...what are you doing on Friday night? I fancied seeing 'Pan's Labyrinth' as I've heard its really good, but I'm not sure... have you heard anything about it or have you seen it ? ......etc.... good luck!
