Well I never had more energy and never felt healthier than when I went to bed at 9 30 and got up at 5 30 to work out. I was NEVER tired. Now, though, I work a ton and have so much to do I just take a steady supply of no-doze.

You named it... when I gave up drinking soda, for the first week, I had little energy and then it came back to me. Now I have alot of energy, and dont know what to do with it most of the time.... so I sit on yahoo and answer questions!
