I will state the obvious first answer: Do not smoke. There are environmental issues all around us that in my opinion, are causing various forms of cancer. People that have never smoked are getting lung cancer. I think you need to try and live a healthy lifestyle and perhaps you will not be affected by this horrible disease.

1. Eat organic food, and stay away from cheap food like Perdue chicken.
2. Exercise frequently to develop the immune system to combat any start of diseases and cancer.
3. Protect yourself with physical agents likesunscreen, chemical contamination, etc.

Don't smoke. When you go outside, stay protected from the sun. Pray A LOT. All the other hype of things you can do to 'cure' or prevent cancer don't help. I had an aunt die of cancer.

DONT' Smoke!! Eat right and at the right time ( never after 7 pm I've heard) Eat organic, avoid liqour, sleep right. Drink green tea and naura; green food products, excercise, Drink natural juices, like carrots and POM. Laugh, love, and live to the fullest!

1) Eat good, anti-oxidant ladden food (ex. blueberries, cranberries, turmeric, tomatoes, carrots, dark chocolate...)

2) Not smoking & exercising

3) Be happy and relaxed through whatever you like to do, weither it is meditation or watching good movies (help the immune system!)

Stay away from those huge high tension/ high voltage lines (they emit a pretty damning amount of radiation)
