As for myself, it would have to be the cuy frito ( Fried Guinea Pig ) that I ate when I went to Peru....

I had squid at a local Vietnamese restaurant. I usually always order the same dish, "Special Fried Rice" so so yummy. But that day I decided to be daring and try something different. It was a noodle recipe with all kinds of meat in it including squid...yuck....I'll stick with the Special Fried Rice.

while i was in china last summer, we attended a dumpling feast one night. I don't remember all of the dumplings that we ate (there were at least 15 different kinds), but i will ALWAYS remember the egg & mushroom dumpling. Just about everyone at the table had to run to the bathroom to throw up after eating it. it was, hands down, the most disgusting food i have ever eaten.

Jumiles:( stink bug) I was working with some Mexican cooks and eating family meal at a restaurant last year. One of the cooks produced a bag that looked like black cornels or corn. He started eating the contents of the bag and then offered me a sample. I tried it...very spicy and peppery!
