It means you need to take your allergy medication every day and you should also consider starting allergy shots. You do not need to totally stay away from these things if you take your allergy medication and use a good air purifier in your house. It does help though if you take allergy shots. Also if you have to mow the lawn be sure you wear a mask while you mow and change your clothes and shower when you get done. Keep a separate pair of shoes just for lawn mowing if that is something that you do. As for you animal allergies if you can tolerate being around them then that is fine but be sure to change your clothes if you have close contact with an animal that really bothers you and avoid touching your face/eyes after petting animals until you have washed your face.

As you probably have discovered some of your allergies are IMPOSSIBLE to stay away from, I mean it is impossible not to go near dust, grass and every tree. Others are easier, depending on where you live (ie horses aren't usually found in the middle of the city).
I would advise you to speak to your doctor. I mean you can discuss with him what is the appropriate treatment and whether your allergic reaction is severe enough that you are required to stay away from those things. He can also advise you on what is the best course of treatment. Remember your symptoms were severe enough to prompt you to go to the doctor in the first place, if you don't follow his advice you won't feel any better, you'll simply know why you feel horrible.

You can try, but I would find that impossible. If you do find a place that has no trees, grasses, dogs, cats, horses, or cockroaches, please let me know. I am allergic to all of these too, plus more.

Cockroaches? Come on now.
Talk to your doctor about allergy shots.
Unfortunately, you will have to stay away from the cockroaches. I'm sure that breaks your heart...cute little buggers that they are. But there is no allergy shot for them. Sorry.

Depending on the degree of your allergic reaction, you can get over the counter anti histamines to control symptoms. If reaction is severe may need to get treatment from a phycisian.

I think it depends on how well you tollerate your reactions to them. Have you gone to the Dr. about all this to see if there is a medication that you can take everyday to deal with your alergies?
