Im sorry, I should have been more clear. I need a SUGGESTION of a locomotive. Like, the AMD103 began production in 1993, and had 4 axles and was a North American locomotive.

I need a suggestion of a locomotive who's production started in 1990

EMD Fright GP60, GP60m, GP60b,These are used by ATSF.
Passenger F59PH


GE Fright 8-40BW,8-32BWH.
Passenger P40DC,P42DC ( aka AMD-103),

It's either built by GE or EMD. 4-axles means
B40-8, B36-8, B32-8, GP60

A description of the body of the locomotive would help.

Electro-Motive Diesel and General Electric are the largest builders of those in North America.

Suggest you check one of those two sites.

With 4 axels it is in the calss GP, or general purpose.

Can't tell much else with available information.
